I love the way Chris Ducker puts it in his post here about outsourcing. He states that you should build yourself a team if you expect to grow your business.

You can’t and shouldn’t do everything yourself.

Yes, at first you will have to, but as soon as you are making a decent profit you need to be analyzing your business and outsourcing what you can. This will free up your time to grow your business.

You need to be the visionary for your company. Not the secretary!

Take a few minutes to write down EVERYTHING you can think of that your business requires.

Write down all the tasks you do and narrow it down to the things that ONLY you can do.

The tasks that are left on your list, start writing down some training procedures and expectations so that you can pass it on and outsource it as soon as your funds allow.

That is the only way you will be able to scale your business and see growth long-term!
